(AEC – Virginio Nastri)

AEC have probably one of the largest ranges of equipment under one banner, from temperature control through materials handling to granulation, the complete package!

Temperature Control – the range extends from simple TCU for injection moulding machines through to specialist units for the process industry with heating capacity 3-35kW. This is complemented by the large range of portable/central chillers and cooling systems.

Materials Handling – this includes hopper loaders, drying, colouring dosing through to gravimetric blenders using both “batch” and “loss in weight” technology.

Virginio Nastri range of belt conveyor and product handling/transfer equipment is of excellent quality with an emphasis on design and durability to survive this tough environment. Pulsotronic, offer a complete range of metal detection/separation equipment from the simple MESEP - SP “under belt” detector, through full MESEP – TU “tunnel” type for conveyors to process machine mounted separators. All able to detect both ferrous and non-ferrous materials at differing particle sizes dependant on throughput and application. The units are a recognised standard for several conveyor belt suppliers and the MESEP – SE “free fall” range is an excepted standard for most central reclaim/regrind system applications
